KOBOLD FORGE STUDIO

OUR STORY THUS FARWe spent most of 2024 learning how to vend, going to cons, asking questions...And making sample products. And bringing them to conventions. And now we're out and about in 2025 and bringing our products to you!Just be sure to try to find the kobold with the hat.

We started things in Connecticut with the Artist Alley at Furpocalypse, doing one day only, a Saturday. We learned a lot in this time and made some decent sales too! The neighbors were awesome too! And this is where I made a lot of mistakes, but good recovery too! We took what we learned and improved our booth and presentation.
2025 started strong and we got the opportunity to participate in the Further Confusion lottery for a place in the Artist Alley and snagged a Saturday Slot and sold all day. It was an incredible day of meeting people who were kobold fans and learning how people sorted their moss with our COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE AND SCIENTIFICALLY ACCURATE polling.

We got the option to move forward with our booth and got a full vendor table at Galactic Camp in Alameda and got to spread out from our small Artist Alley table to a full sized table where we could completely display all our of slates, lanyards, and even bring our laser machine for some customizations. Our sales were INCREDIBLE and we thank everyone for coming by and visiting! It was quite exciting and fun to bring all these creations to life. From moss to all of our kobold D&D slates, we really got our chance and thrive. We look forward to the next one! And I thank my partner, Taku, for coming out and helping me with the new expansive layout.
Our trails lead to Florida in the Summer. We got a table in the Artist Alley for a full two days and had a full on lesson on logistics about actually going across country with our goods and supplies. We learned a lot here and actually sold out of our product halfway through day two, our slates and our flasks being a big hit! We look forward to making more, we made deals with other vendors, and made friends with the staff, and as well had a lot of happy customers who brought their gaming stories to our table! And the picture may be goofier than I actually am in real life.

We were intending to be in the artist alley again for a day at FC 2026, but we were contacted in December that not only we were being upgraded to three days at con, but also in the actual Dealer's Den! We did a scramble to produce 3 days worth of materials and goods to sell and -- we were given a surprise from one of our patreons who with their investment got to do a massive upgrade to our booth to provide our customers with a more immersive experience with our goods, wares, and materials! Our little store and company is growing up and growing to be a proud asset to show off the artwork we hold near and dear to us. Three days of sales gave us our best con even and we thank Further Confusion for the opportunity and for all our customers for our success!
And now we're looking for new conventions to go to. We search, we apply, we make good strides to become bigger, better, stronger, and bringing kobold, Dungeons and Dragons, and Furry things in a fun and entertaining way. And doing custom work with slate at con, provided we have the space (and even if we don't, well, our laser is portable and works in the hotel room as well) ...So, either at Artist Alley with our Kobold Forge Studio Lite setup ...
OR our full Dealer's Den setup with all of our products and whimsical presentations ...Why not have us come to your convention? We're quirky, fun, and come with pure entertainment values!
